We provide free shipping to all countries we ship to. 

All orders are shipped via An Post. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, we will aim to ship it the next working day.

All orders include tracked shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

We pay for any customs, duties and any other shipping costs.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in to your account at https://account.at-first-sight.com/orders. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead. You can also contact us at support@at-first-sight.com.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. If this deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline. You then have a further 14 days from the date of your notification to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For EU orders, we will also refund the standard delivery cost of your original order. We do not refund any additional costs paid for express or premium delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we have provided a return label.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@at-first-sight.com.
